The Ciolandrea plateau is a recently built lookout point. The view of the Gulf of Policastro from here is truly breathtaking. The place is quiet and perfect for recharging your batteries. This is the starting point for trails leading to secluded coves, but you must pay close attention to the path. There's also a drinking fountain here.

This bike path is newly built. It currently ends near the town of Villammare, but the municipality plans to extend it. The path is very well maintained and picturesque, with a stunning view of the Gulf of Policastro.

From morning to evening, especially when the season does not lend the beaches to fleets of bathers, this place can be a relief for the eyes and mind.

The water doesn't taste good this time... it looks like it hasn't been serviced in years.

Isolated pilgrimage church above San Giovanni a Piro with a beautiful view of Monte Bulgheria. The interior is surprisingly simple.

The state road, except in the summer, is not excessively busy, obviously you have to be careful, but the view from Sapri to Marina di Maratea is one of the most beautiful that a road open to vehicular traffic can offer!!!!!! Wonderful!!!!!!

Very few cars. Great for riding on gravel or road bikes
