어떤 정상의 십자가에는 예수의 몸(corpus)이 없지만, 다른 십자가에는 십자가에 못 박힌 그리스도의 형상이 있습니다. 하지만 이탈리아 반도에서 가장 유명한 십자가는 우리를 이곳에서 포 평야로 이끕니다. 그곳 '바싸(Bassa)'에서 작가 조반니 과레스키(Giovanni Guareschi, 1908-1968)는 주인공 '돈 카밀로(Don Camillo)'와 '페포네(Peppone)'에 관한 그의 인기 단편 소설을 배경으로 삼았습니다. 하지만 두 사람 외에도 또 다른 주요 인물이 있습니다. 바로 예수 그리스도 자신이 높은 제단에서 신부 돈 카밀로에게 말을 거는 것입니다. 배우 페르낭델(Fernandel, 본명 Fernand Joseph Désiré Contandin, 1903-1971)은 여러 장편 영화에서 이 역할을 훌륭하게 소화했습니다. 원래 영화 촬영을 위해서만 제작되었던 이 십자가는 보존되어 브레셀로(Brescello, Emilia-Romagna)에서 인기 있는 관광 명소가 되었습니다. 다음 링크를 통해 komoot 하이라이트로 가상으로 방문할 수 있습니다 =>> https://www.komoot.com/de-de/highlight/6457013

Ponte della Maddalena, or Ponte del Diavolo, is one of those places that will leave you speechless. It is located in Borgo a Mozzano and is truly unique with its very high arch and slightly crooked shape that makes it different from any other medieval bridge. It is absolutely worth stopping: the atmosphere is special. Crossing it on foot is an experience, and if you are on a bike, be careful of the stone section that can be slippery. There is also a bar nearby with a beautiful view of the bridge, perfect for a break before getting back on the road.
