The refuge's cuisine specializes in the Trentino and Brescia culinary traditions.

The monumental Vrangina chestnut is an imposing tree located in Cuel, a hamlet of Vobarno. This magnificent chestnut tree has a fascinating history dating back more than three centuries. During its long life, the chestnut tree has faced many challenges, it was struck by lightning, it got sick, it was healed and it still lives.
