On the occasion of the conservation measures carried out on the ruins of San Pietro a Castelvecchio, the so-called “Kalterer Friedensweg” was built, which encourages inner peace with sculptures designed by different artists at seven reflection points. The path begins in St. Anton in Kaltern, from where the stations Moderation, Prudence, Justice, Faith and Hope are hiked. The sixth station - as a symbol of courage - takes up the Rastenbachklamm, while the church ruins stand for the seventh and final station, love.
