Here the two largest rivers of the Vogtland region merge.

Leubnitz Castle, located not far from Plauen, was built in 1794 by Captain Heinrich Wilhelm von Kospoth as an early neoclassical residential palace. It was owned by the von Kospoth family until 1945, when it was expropriated as part of the land reform. The building has since been renovated and is open to visitors again. It is owned by the municipality of Rosenbach/Vogtl. The Friends of Leubnitz Castle Association manages its day-to-day operations. The permanent exhibition "Nature and Hunting" offers a diverse range of exhibits, providing an experience for young and old. Children, in particular, can learn about the local flora and fauna using all their senses in the "Nature Learning Center." Probably built around 1350. Rebuilt in 1695. Completely rebuilt in 1820 after a fire. The current organ dates from 1925. The church underwent extensive renovations inside and out in 2005. It is open daily from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Squires' House: This extension likely dates from the 14th century. Red Tower: The lower floors were built after 1200. Bastion: A shell tower served to protect the castle from external threats. Courtyard Gate: A second gate was built in the defensive wall of the lower castle around 1400. Keep: The Romanesque keep was built at the highest point of the ridge for defense and protection. Fourth Tower: Built after 1200, it was possibly destroyed in a feud around 1400. South Wing: It was built in its present form from 1471 onwards. Clock Tower: This slender tower, also called the Bell Tower, was built shortly after 1200.
