PLEASE NOTE!!! Starting June 2025, parking at Forcella is subject to a fee. A small fee of €3 will be charged for parking. The goal is to use the proceeds to maintain Via Cadorna (this is what the municipality has declared. Whether this is fair or not, I'll leave it to others to decide), the main thoroughfare leading to Forcella.

On the highest peak of Monte Isola, at about 600 meters above sea level, stands the sanctuary of the Madonna della Ceriola, from whose surrounding courtyard you can enjoy a splendid view of Lake Iseo and the surrounding mountains. The sanctuary was completed in 1750 and is of great charm.

Beautiful pass, good to ride. At the top there is a small reindeer bike museum and a chapel, the former was unfortunately closed. There is also a small coffee place

The Sanctuary of the Madonna della Ceriola is the highest point of Monte Isola, at an altitude of 600 metres. From here you can admire a wide panorama of Lake Iseo and the surrounding mountains.

From this peak of the Bergamo Prealps, 1,334 meters high, you can enjoy a splendid panorama of Lake Iseo, Monte Guglielmo, Corna Trentapassi, Punta Almana and Monte Isola. The summit cross is very particular, as it has a bell dedicated to Pope John XXII attached, which can be rung.
