In the diocesan encyclopedia of Fidenza edited by Dario Soresina, we read that the sacred building was erected in just five months and inaugurated on 15 December 1625. The church had been showing clear signs of instability for some time: it was therefore necessary to carry out a restoration project, made possible thanks to the precious contribution of the 8xmille funds that the CEI allocates to the Dioceses each year and thanks to the contribution of generous benefactors and parishioners, who received deep thanks from the parish priest Don Marek Jaszczak. Among the interventions carried out, we remember the installation of iron tie rods to improve the static behaviour of the building and the restoration of the chapel dedicated to Our Lady of Sorrows.

Built in the Art Deco style in 1937 and designed by the engineer Cervi, who was inspired by the central station in Milan, the station is entirely covered in white and pink travertine; it is also characterised by large arched windows, present on the opposite facades of the entrance and the side of the tracks. Inside, the atrium is covered by a large coffered barrel vault, while the various rooms feature decorative elements relating to the theme of water, including in particular a valuable five-mouthed fountain positioned on the train access platform.[1] In 2014, conservative restoration work on the building began.[2] Activated as a station, it was downgraded to a stop on 28 October 2015, when the service on the line became shuttle-based.[3] Source Wikipedia

Historic urban park, Cultural Heritage of Emilia Romagna The historic public park extends behind the large and modern building of the Terme Zoja and was created in the early 1900s to offer a pleasant stay to the many visitors to the already renowned spa town. Although smaller than the original project, the green area, known in the past as "Parco Regina Margherita" (in homage to Margherita di Savoia, who used to frequent the spa town), retains a typical Italian garden, a small lake and many trees dating back to the first layout of the park. The design of the park, now covering an area of about 8 hectares, is based on several rings of variable shape designed by avenues and paths that enclose flowerbeds. The wider avenues, shaded mainly by large lime trees, are now asphalted and partly included in the city road system. The building, the result of the brilliant design of the architect Orsino Borgi, boasts an interesting history linked to the passion for art and the prestige of a Polish nobleman named Count Tyszkiewicz, who, although Milanese by adoption, decided to build this valuable structure in the heart of Salsomaggiore Terme. The original intent was to create a sort of branch of his precious ancient art gallery, called “Warowland”. This building, adjacent to the Terme Berzieri, stands out for its singular architecture, which reflects the style and elegance typical of the beginning of the last century. The commissioning of a Polish nobleman for the construction of such a refined structure demonstrates the importance of art and culture in the aristocratic spheres of the time.
