The Passo della Cappelletta is a beautiful, extremely lonely pass. Nevertheless, a very good road runs up here. The reason for this is the large wind turbines that are used to generate electricity. The conclusion that it is often quite windy here is correct. The pass is a real ascent from the east. Initially steep, then very pleasant to drive in a great landscape. A recently asphalted ridge road comes from the northwest, which branches off just below the Passo di Cento Croci. This offers great views towards the Varatal.
