The Gigante beach is considered one of the most beautiful in the Cinque Terre. With sand mixed with pebbles, it takes its name from a 14-metre colossal statue of the god Neptune which was created in 1910 by the sculptor Arrigo Minerbi.

Passo del Termine is located at 548 meters above sea level along the coastal road, with a spectacular view of the village of Monterosso, part of the Cinque Terre national park. The panoramas that follow one another towards La Spezia from here are exceptional.

On the Guaitarola pass, on the slopes of the homonymous mountain, a small fountain seems to be dedicated to those who pedal: it recalls the passage from here of the 2006 Giro d'Italia, in a stage between Livorno and Sestri Levante.
