The Borraco torrent, or Boraco (Burràcu in Salento), is a torrent located in Puglia, in the province of Taranto in the municipality of Manduria. along the coastal road that leads from San Pietro in Bevagna (which is 1 km away) to Monaco Mirante (which is 2 km away) and Campomarino di Maruggio (which is 5 km away). A pleasant medieval village. In addition to the historic center and the very characteristic Jewish quarter, the Castello Svevo and the Cathedral of S. Maria Assunta are definitely worth a visit.

The Sanctuary of the Madonna della Camera located in the village of Mennano, about 2 km from the town, towards Lizzano, is the destination of numerous pilgrimages from various centers in the province. Inside is kept the icon of the Madonna and frescoes dating back to the Middle Ages.

However, I don't know where you got the photo of the sign indicating 10%. The maximum gradient is at the hairpin bend and is 6%.

The Chapel of the Madonna di Campomarino is a small church located on a hill near the Capoccia Scorcialupi beach. It is dedicated to the Madonna dell'Altomare, protector of fishermen and seafarers, and was built on the ruins of an ancient pagan temple. From the hill you have a beautiful view of the sea and the surrounding landscape.
