Two typical Franconian Forest houses can be seen in the Lower Wustuben. The small house at Wustuben No. 34 was built in 1816 by Oswald Hofmann. Since 2021, it has been undergoing a complete renovation and serves as a weekend home. The other, more secluded house is no longer inhabited.

The Three Barons are giant Douglas firs. Baron von Lerchenfeld planted them in 1880.

From the remains of an old trunk, three new, fast-growing trees emerged. The "triple beech" has now reached a substantial size. Its total circumference is an impressive 6.31 meters.
