This picturesque village, with a population of about 6,183, is known for its hilltop location and for having been voted the most beautiful in Italy. It was long identified with the legendary Cretan city of Engyon.

Sperlinga is much appreciated by tourists not only for its rare natural beauty but also for its climatic position and for the genuineness of its agricultural products.

Gangi is considered one of the most beautiful villages in Italy. Many artistic works present in this area were the work of the Gagini dynasty, born in the fifteenth century with Domenico Gagini.

The marvelous Madonie Park was established in 1989 and includes the massif of the same name. In this area you can really indulge yourself with excursions of all levels, climbing and much more. The only task: to enjoy nature in all its facets.

The medieval village of Sperlinga offers spectacular views from the castle, ancient cave dwellings (museum), two bars, a pizzeria, bakery and a little food shop.
