If you hike from the Schliereralm around the Rieding reservoir, you will pass the Hubertus chapel on the south-west bank. An elaborate wooden construction was placed on a base bricked with natural stone. It is octagonal and covered with larch shingles on the ground floor. A steep, shingle-covered pyramidal roof sits on top of it, letting light into the interior via a lantern. The entrance, facing the lake, is protected by a canopy with deer antlers.
