On the Oberensinger Höhe hill in Nürtingen, the physician and art collector Ottomar Domnick created an extraordinary Gesamtkunstwerk (total work of art) of modernism, encompassing landscape, architecture, and fine art. The collection of abstract paintings and sculptures, now open to the public, represents a cultural highlight at the foot of the Swabian Alps.
