It's a neo-Gothic castle gate—an entrance to Sieglitzer Park (I've never heard of the Luisium Gate; the Luisium is a good 5 km away. In the 18th century, Sieglitzer Park was fenced in and accessible only through three gates. Prince Franz retreated here when he wanted some peace and quiet.) The park around Luisium Palace, on the other hand, was accessible to everyone at any time.

Wörlitz Park is very beautiful, but not recommended for cycling, as bicycles are prohibited. You'll have to park and walk, hoping your bike is still there after the tour.

The "Luisium Gate" in Dessau is a neo-Gothic brick gate with two towers, serving as a striking entrance to the Luisium Palace Park. It is located near the Orangery and is part of the Luisium Palace complex, which is part of the UNESCO World Heritage "Garden Kingdom of Dessau-Wörlitz."
