Embark on a journey back in time to the moor farmers of the time of moorland settlement. Narrated by two long-time members of the "Historischer Moorhof Augustendorf – Heimatverein Gnarrenburg e. V." association, you'll gain personal insights into the development of the farmstead. Unfortunately, this tour is only available between May and September or by prior appointment. The outdoor area can be visited at any time, and the nearby moorland adventure trail makes the visit a truly enjoyable experience.

The "inside" of the buildings is also very interesting, as are the explanations from contemporary witnesses from the local history society. Open from 2 p.m. on Sundays and public holidays.
