The Bismarck Tower consists of 2 towers: the hexagonal main tower with a height of 21 m and a round stair tower with a height of 31 m. The tower is named after the former Chancellor Otto von Bismarck, who studied in Göttingen between 1832 and 1833.

Nice to stop by here and watch the wildlife.

The Bismarck Tower in the Göttinger Forest is an impressive lookout tower. It can be reached on many different hiking trails.

Very trusting animals, which you can also feed with the food provided from the machine. Great place for the children to go, and the beer garden is also very interesting for the adults ;) It is very busy here at the weekends. The enclosures are nice and big, so that the animals have enough space to find peace despite the high number of visitors. There is a large open meadow in this enclosure, so that you can observe the animals very well, while the number of trees in the back part is increasing rapidly.
