A rather simple memorial stone on the Reesberg. But the old fairground promises a beautiful view of Eilshausen all the way to Bielefeld.

The hereditary burial of the Oberbehme estate. A well-kept but gated cemetery. But the graves can be seen over the wall.

The Reesberg is 148 m high. Some beautiful, natural paths run across the Reesberg, which are very scenic. Very dense forest alternates with (now) open areas. There are also some secret paths that are well trodden but do not appear in the OpenStreetMap.

Gut Oberbehme is a former manor and moated castle. It has probably existed since the 12th century, but has only been documented since 1450. The owner at that time was the von Quernheim family. The Oberbehme estate has been owned by the von Laer family since 1826. The site is private, but there are restrictions on walking across the courtyard in front of the estate.

From the Reesberg you look down on Kirchlengern and on the Wiehengebirge in the background. However, the view is partly blocked by trees.

Here you can find some graves, probably from former residents of Gut Oberbehme.
