A small wooden house called Haidehäuschchen (Haide House). The dates on the house's sign are 1862–1998. The windows and door can be opened, but there is no seating inside. However, it's a good shelter from wind and weather. From the Waldschänke (Wald Inn) to this location, it's 1.13 km and about a 25-minute walk. From Haidehäuschen to the Schöne Höhe viewpoint, it's 1.99 km and about a 45-minute walk.

The moor adventure trail leads through the moor for a total of 630 metres.

The 650-meter-long wooden plank path through the moor features 20 exciting activity stations and information panels. Only those who skillfully complete all the tasks can free Moosi Moosbeere – the moor's kidnapped mascot – from the clutches of the treacherous Moor King. A highlight is the 9-meter-high observation tower on the footbridge, from which you can enjoy sweeping views across the moor landscape.
