The Dahme-Heideseen Nature Park is one of 15 large protected areas in the state of Brandenburg and is located southeast of Berlin and Königs Wusterhausen in the districts of Dahme-Spreewald and Oder-Spree. The 594 square kilometer area covers a large part of the Dahmeland. The nature park is characterized by large forest areas, more than 100 lakes that are larger than one hectare, and the Dahme, a tributary of the Spree. A small village pond, surrounded by bushes, bushes and trees, with seating hidden in between, goldfish swim in it. We do not miss the opportunity and sit down to eat the food.

About 500 m further in the direction of Groß Köris, a new oak tree has already been planted at the old location next to the fire station.

The Klein Köriser See is part of the Teupitz-Köriser chain of lakes with more than ten interconnected bodies of water and is part of the Dahme Heideseen Nature Park. The bathing area at Klein Köriser See is located directly on the youth hostel grounds, access is via the road to the youth hostel. Parking is available directly in front of the entrance to the youth hostel. The Klein Köriser See has a water surface of 158 ha, the deepest point at 10.90 m is in the north-west of the water. There are two small islands in the elongated and slightly curved lake, one of them directly opposite the bathing area. No dogs are allowed on this bathing beach. The water quality of the bathing area is regularly monitored by the district health department in accordance with the Brandenburg Bathing Water Ordinance and has excellent water quality.

Miles straight through the forest on rough asphalt with no scenic variety. Traffic goes like this, of course the usual speeders. If the shape and/or wind are right, you can shoot. In my opinion, it's not really a pleasure route.

Nice view over the lake and good relaxation factor.

There is very little traffic here on weekends. The road leads across the nature reserve on good asphalt.
