The Granetalsperre is a dam of the Grane in the Harz Mountains. It is located in the Goslar district of Lower Saxony near the Astfeld district of Langelsheim.

The circular route around the Granetalsperre is approx. 14 km long, largely paved and very varied, with many views of the water. Now in June, the trail is lined with many beautiful and diverse wildflowers. A beautiful sight!🌸🌿

The Granetalsperre is great to cycle around. On one side it is paved and on the other side it goes mostly on good, wide forest paths with beautiful views of the dam.
