Very beautiful crocus garden

The crocuses bloom in the meadows around Zavelstein between the end of February and the middle of March.

Not the longest or most beautiful descent in the region, but nice and steep, and perfect for picking up speed at the bottom. The climb is manageable, but there's sometimes (especially in spring during the crocus bloom) an enormous amount of traffic...

Cycling on a very quiet road between Aichhalden and Hofstett.

The market square with its half-timbered showcase houses, the Protestant church and the market fountain are all calendar motifs.

Ideal for meetings and celebrations

A very beautiful route, but I was particularly impressed by the truly special Berneck Castle, which towers above everything!

This charming old Black Forest farm is tucked away in the dense forest in the heart of the Teinach Valley and now serves as accommodation and event venue.
