Before the next rain, I went for a relaxing bike ride instead of driving. It also helped relieve stress and negative thoughts.

After the extremely warm days, the weather was perfect for cycling. Today I went to a place I've wanted to visit for a long time: the old Hermann Hesse Railway near Dätzingen. Today was the first day in a long time that it wasn't supposed to rain. Unfortunately, it finally caught me in Reutlingen. 😡 My destination was the Nebelhöle (Nebel Cave) and Lichtenstein Castle. I actually wanted to see the remains of the railway line in Reutlingen, but that was canceled due to rain and time constraints.

The goal of the tour was to visit the viewpoint at Kühlenberg and, near Sulz am Eck, to take the Grenzsteinweg trail toward Unterjettingen for the first time. At the top near Ober-Unterjettingen, you can enjoy a fantastic panoramic view.

Before the intense heat hits, reaching over 30°C, I took a short walk through the always beautiful Nagold Valley. I took some surprising wildlife photos near Nagold and captured the beautiful cornflower field near Rotfelden.
