A beautiful spot on the Raab River. You rarely see fords like this anymore. On the south side, you'll also find a bench for resting and what looks like a compass. Definitely a great tip from me. Magic place!

Someone has clearly gone to great lengths to bring history to life here. Kudos! The excavated grave and its accompanying description are just as interesting as the three reconstructed burial mounds. And when you've had your fill of learning, you can also rest comfortably in the shade. Perfect!

A fantastic highlight! Here you can really see a mill wheel "in action." This invention (of the Romans?) is truly ingenious. I like it.

Natural landscapes beautiful

A beautiful path, partly on gravel, takes you directly along the Raab. Beautiful views of the river and comfortable rest areas await you along the way. A pleasure for cycling.

The community has produced great sons, especially priests and musicians. Three of them became bishops, one of them (Franz Lackner is Archbishop of Salzburg). Worth mentioning is the regional wine shop, where you can taste and buy the best wines of Styria.
