Great uphill and downhill. Compared to the steep path over Lake Mummelsee, this path to the Kleine Grinde is longer and flatter. Downhill, you don't have to worry about pedestrians either, as there are very few people around. Cars are only allowed up here with special permission (e.g., SWR employees). Due to the surface damage, especially some nasty bumps, you shouldn't necessarily just push your bike. What I mean by pushing: If you want to go from the Kleine Grinde to the Bismarck Tower, you have to cross gravel for a short time and then a bit of the rock trail. The gravel section from the SWR radio tower to the wind turbine is a bit rougher and extremely steep. On the rock trail, you'll get quite a bit of shaking, and there's a risk of getting a flat tire! It's naturally slippery when wet.
