Unfortunately, not all of the roads are paved, just a sandy track up and down hills. Difficult to navigate with full luggage after rain. Otherwise, fantastic, hardly any traffic.

The oak tree stands 800 m northeast of Neu Dobbin, a small district of Dobbin-Linstow. It stands in the middle of a field. The trunk is densely overgrown with undergrowth. This makes it difficult to measure the circumference. The oak tree has an umbrella-shaped crown that is significantly wider than it is tall. At its widest point, the crown has a diameter of 30 m. The monumental trunk is very irregular. Several thickenings can be seen towards the ground. At a height of 3 m, the trunk splits into several branches. The oak tree is in good condition. 1.3 km southeast stands the Shepherd's Beech, which, with a trunk circumference of 8.58 m, is one of the thickest beeches in Europe. Never again, in the forest you will soon be eaten up by mosquitoes, I was lightly dressed and almost ran through to avoid being sucked dry....👎 Also so badly marked that I got lost.
