A very beautiful trail, but you should be free from vertigo. The path is narrow, and there's a constant precipice on one side. Slightly alpine.

From here there is a wonderful view of the Rhine Valley, of the castles Schönburg, Pfalzgrafenstein and Gutenfels and Oberwesel with their curtain wall, towers and churches.
