Crossing the Nister over the stepping stones is really fun. It may be a bit difficult for dogs, but in summer the dogs can usually swim through the water and cool off. But there is a bridge a little further in case you can't cross the stepping stones.

the waterfall... artificially created during the construction of the railway 150 years ago, when a loop was shortened to gain building land. there are signs, but there isn't normally that much water. A local attraction.

Directly behind the Sieg waterfall, some smart and creative people have opened the ELMORES beer garden and lounge on the old copper works site. There are many bizarre things to discover. The break is also enriched with many tasty snacks or waffles and cakes in the afternoon. If you like, you can also enjoy one of the numerous well-made cocktails. We had only planned a short break and ended up staying at this great location for 90 minutes. On this bike tour, in our opinion, an absolute must.
