Large groups of gray geese can be seen on the meadows all year round.

Lots of wild geese, absolutely worth it. Great shelter and observation hut. Don't forget binoculars. The surrounding area is also wonderful to explore by bike!

In the west and east of the area there are two massive shelters from which the bird world can be observed without disturbing the animals. A footpath across the nature reserve connects the two observation stations. ATTENTION: Bicycles are not allowed.

The artesian well on the border with the neighboring municipality of Heiden is not only a popular destination on hot summer days. The spring, designed as a water treading basin, brings clear water to the surface through the pressure of the groundwater and offers ideal refreshment for tired cyclists and hikers.
