Seetörlsee is picturesquely nestled below a small mountain pass on the route between Saalbachkogel and Hochkogel. This small mountain lake lends a special atmosphere to the high alpine landscape and, when the wind is calm, reflects the surrounding peaks. The nearby Seetörl Pass marks a transition between the mountain ranges and offers magnificent views of both sides of the valley—an ideal spot for a short rest amidst impressive natural scenery.

Here you can simply sit and enjoy the mountain panorama.

There is not much to say about the Thurn Pass - a good starting point for further activities.

The ascent from Kitzbühel is highly recommended as it is not as steep as from Mittersill

You will pass the Klammscharte on the "Pinzgau Walk". It lies at 1,993 meters in the Glemmtal Alps between the Zirmkogel and Gernkogel mountain peaks. In the midst of the gently rolling grass mountains you have a beautiful view of the Pinzgauer Glemmtal and the Salzach Valley on the other side.
