The climb from Bischofshofen to the Dientner Sattel is a challenging classic, with almost 16 kilometers and an average gradient of 5.3 percent. The route begins with a moderate incline and increases to 18 percent in the final third, making it particularly challenging. Always present: beautiful views of the surrounding mountains. Ideal for a challenging training session or as part of a longer tour.

You actually have a great view of the Tennengebirge from everywhere in this part of the Tauern cycle path. The Tennengebirge is a mountain group in the Northern Limestone Alps in the Austrian state of Salzburg.

The 1,313 meter high Langeggsattel below the Gerzkopf forms the nice transition from Neuberg towards Lammertal. On the descent (or on the ascent) you have a great view of the Bischofsmütze. Very nice gravel road section.
