Summit at 2109 meters measures 360 degree views.

The view from this high plateau around the Millstätter Alpe is simply gigantic. In May we still had patches of snow in the sunshine and you feel like you are in another world up there. The dry, short grass crunches with the lichen under your shoes. The landscape seems rough with its rugged rocks, some of which look like barrows and are inhabited by marmots. I felt like I was on a tundra expedition. Wonderful!

The Egelsee is a moor lake in Carinthia, Austria, and is located at an altitude of 780 m above sea level on the Millstätter See ridge. The small forest lake can be reached from Molzbichl and Rothenthurn, from the southern shore of the Millstätter See or via the hiking trails on the Millstätter See ridge.

From the Frido Kordonhütte (1,649 m) to the summit of the Stubeck (2,370 m) The Stubeck is located in the Lieser-Maltatal region in the Ankogel group in Carinthia. At the summit there is a wonderful view of the Malta Valley as far as the Hohe Tauern, the Nockberge and, in the south, the Karawanken and the Julian Alps. Great free gorge that is well developed and looks very well maintained.

Very beautiful gorge, and above all, parking and entry are free! Still not boring, but interesting with the panels and stories about Barbarossa. And the best thing: Because the gorge is not advertised as extremely as the other two, this one is not as crowded and you sometimes walk along the paths all alone

Nice change from an otherwise somewhat boring stage. Gorge with large and smaller waterfalls.
