Katschberg - Liesertal - Maltatal: cycle tour Endurance is certainly required on this tour - we have an approx. 34 km long bike tour (there & back) ahead of us. We start the tour in the artist town of Gmünd. The route meanders mostly along the Malta River to the "Hinteres Maltatal". We come through several small towns and have the opportunity to discover flora and fauna off the main road. We pass the Maltatal donkey park, Fallbach - Carinthia's highest waterfall with the Fallbach water adventure park before we reach our destination, the toll station. We can take a break in the "Alpenrestaurant Fallerhütte". Motivated, we then start the return journey. Many rest areas along the Malta River invite you to make a stopover.
