A nice circular tour around the Anninger and through the well-known wine towns of Gumpoldskirchen, Thallern and Pfaffstätten. In search of the namesake of this route, I also drove part of the Wolfsgeist route, which is also very worthwhile as a whole

Quite challenging in both directions, especially the rocky part. It rumbles well downhill and requires trial skills uphill.

Beautiful fast descent through the forest above the vineyards. In wet conditions, there are a few mud holes that can be easily bypassed.

I'd definitely prefer the downhill section here 😅 But it's certainly interesting as an uphill climb too; the lowest switchbacks are always part of it anyway 😁

Yes, Mtbrat, MTB also consists of driving difficult, almost impossible places up and not just down 😊. And meanwhile, I've also driven through the upper rocky passage (happy) ... With the bio-bike, of course. Allegedly everyone can do it with an e-bike, many claim. 😉

So normally you don't go up here, but down! Very great flow trail that you can drive quickly until you get to the switchbacks that you can drive through very well and also practice your cornering technique very well.
