The Kaiserstein path to the Kaiserstein is well known to hikers.
But a must for MTB riders :-)
The path is narrow and goes up like a serpentine. After the first few meters, we see on a sign that we are on the stone wall path. From here the Lausturm can be seen again.
At a crossroads we turn left and follow the sign towards "Kaiserstein", this is also the Kaisersteinweg. At the next junction, we do not continue straight ahead, but now turn right. This is also the first S2 key position. A hairpin bend you have to drive through!
I was able to drive through this ...
Now we follow the yellow Raiffeisen markings and come out directly at the Kaiserstein.
Before that you have to negotiate a rocky 15 meter steep slope. I think this is loose 30% or more. This is the second S2 key position.
Otherwise, everything is mobile.
Please report if somebody can do it, or has already done so ... :-).
Once at the Kaiserstein, you have a wonderful view of the Harzberg with its observation tower.
To the right of the rock we come down a few stone steps to a small cave with an interesting rock formation for climbers. If you want, you can have a look at it, otherwise the path continues, whereby we will come to the Hasel path later.
