The Nässja Shipyard is located in Nässja in Vadstena Municipality. The shipyard is part of a larger cemetery on the Nässjö peninsula jutting into Lake Vättern. It was discovered and excavated in 1953.

From the path along Harge Uddar, Lake Vättern extends into the distance, its calm waters meeting the sky. The rocky cliffs slope down to the shoreline, where waves break gently against the stone. Pine trees grow along the edge, and the open lake gives a clear view toward the horizon.

Very nice cabin in the middle of nature! That's why there are hiking trails through the moor. There is a parking and camping area, as well as the cabin. There are four beds in two rooms, where you can stay overnight for free at any time. You should bring your own bedding/sleeping bag, the sheets are not clean. No water or electricity, but there is a small stove with firewood and an outhouse. The nature reserve and the cabin are worth a visit, highly recommended!

From the rocky beaches in the Rå uddar nature reserve you have a wonderful view of Lake Vättern. The sparse pine forests and rocky soils turn inland into an old growth spruce forest. The trail runs in loops through the area and it is possible to choose different lengths. In the nature reserve Håleberg you can hike wonderfully in the untouched nature. From the highest peak of the mountain, 235 meters above sea level, you have a magnificent view of Omberg and Vättern. On clear days you can look at the Västgötas side. There are three beautiful viewpoints with fantastic views. Through the reserve runs a fault that has led to mighty steep slopes. Because mountain slopes are difficult to access, they have been used for natural reasons only to a limited extent. Therefore, there are several rare and endangered species that need an ancient and virgin forest to live and reproduce.  In the reserve there is a parking lot for about 10-15 cars. There are two trails from the parking lot; an orange mark with a length of 2.1 km and a yellow mark with a length of 0.7 km. The orange trail sometimes leads through hilly terrain and leads past several beautiful viewpoints and steep cliffs. Please keep in mind that the rocky slopes become slippery when the ground is wet.
