The Estanys de Basturs Natural Area consists of two well-defined lakes: Estany Gran, with an almost circular shape, and Estany Petit, much smaller. The lakes, completely surrounded by fields of cultivation, are located between the towns of Basturs and Sant Romà d'Abella, in the Conca Dellá area, in the region of Pallars Jussá.

Very quiet place to rest and recover energy. We find the Mint fountain and a picnic area surrounded by nature

The Basturs lagoons are one of the few karst springs in Catalonia. Plant and animal species live in its waters that are not found in any other aquatic space in the country. A walking area allows the visit and access to a bird watching point.

Vilanova de Meià has just over 400 inhabitants but is known worldwide for being a climbing mecca. This section corresponds to the omnipresent rock walls. They are a real gift for the eyes.

Collado where we can find the ruins of the hermitage of San Salvador. Romanesque hermitage built well into the 11th century on a surprising site.

Great place for spotting gaint birds of prey! Yet also alot of mosquitoes on the trail to this place.
