The provincial domain De Gavers in Harelbeke and Deerlijk covers 192 hectares and is a popular recreational area with a large lake, created by sand extraction in the 1960s. The domain offers a wide range of activities: swimming, water sports, walking, cycling and an adventure park. You will find a yoga path in the Castle Park in Nazareth. The starting point is at the bridge in Lindendreef. It is a silent path that invites you to be aware of yourself and your environment. As you walk from one exercise to the next, consider what you hear, what you see, what you smell and what you feel. There are eight practices on the path.

The Kasteelpark is located between 's Gravenstraat, Kasteelstraat and Lindendreef. In 2021, the local government purchased this special 140-year-old castle park to expand it into a green lung close to the village center. On November 26 and 27, 2021, 4,500 young trees were planted by students from Nazareth schools and numerous enthusiastic residents, accompanied by volunteers from Natuurpunt. The Castle Park was ceremonially opened in all its autumn splendor on November 27, 2021. This 5-hectare forest is still in full development and is managed by Natuurpunt.

The Ganzeveld is a 33 hectare nature reserve in Aalter (Belgian province of East Flanders). The mosaic landscape in the south of the Bulskampveld consists of forests (28 hectares), old beech avenues and a number of open meadows (5 hectares). The nature reserve has been managed by Natuurpunt since 2012. Additional forest was planted in November 2019. In the Ganzeveld, typical species of nutrient-poor forests (with pedunculate oak, silver birch and planted American oak), such as holly, wild honeysuckle, common heather and broom, flourish. Spork, rowan, strawberry and pill sedge grow in the herbaceous layer. Deer, squirrel, buzzard, nuthatch and black woodpecker live in the Ganzeveld.
