The ascent from the east has different ground conditions. The lower part has stones, the middle part is partly washed out with larger stones and small boulders. At critical points such as bends, typical Italian architecture with concrete. The climb to the last bend and shortly afterwards up to the saddle has a gradient of up to 32%. In return, the bend and the saddle offer a fantastic view to the east and west. The descent to the west is almost entirely asphalted at the beginning, then it is a forest path again, partly with stones and, depending on the weather, washed out areas.

Departing from Rifugio De Doo with the rental bikes was a fantastic experience. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, helping us choose the bikes that best fit our needs and providing us with all the information we needed about the route. The bikes were in great condition, well maintained and comfortable to ride. The surrounding area offers breathtaking views and well marked trails, making the start of the hike pleasant and smooth. I would highly recommend this service to anyone who wants to explore the area in an active and fun way.

It is located halfway between the Vinadia Grande malga and the Malins malga, it is at an altitude of approximately 1900 and to reach it, the route is almost entirely paved or cemented with slopes exceeding 20%
