번넬은 노마글리오 중심부를 가로지르는 도로인 비아 마에스트라(Via Maestra) 중간쯤에 있는 고대 컵 모양의 돌입니다. 표면에는 선사 시대에 새겨진 컵 모양의 홈이 여전히 보입니다. 이 작은 반구형 홈의 정확한 기능은 학자들 사이에서 여전히 논쟁거리입니다. 아마도 풍요를 기원하는 의식이나 숭배와 관련이 있을 수 있습니다. 더 최근 시대에는 이 돌이 분수로 개조되어 물을 담는 받침대가 만들어졌으며, 돌에는 마을 사람들이 칼과 단검을 갈던 흔적도 볼 수 있습니다. Small lake under Mount Camino. Very rich in frogs and tadpoles. Some information: The Camino lake is located south of Mount Camino, between Colle della Barma and La Ceva. The environment in which it is located is of glacial origin, characterized by small overexcavation basins between the humps of the smooth rocks. The glacial imprint can be traced back to the various Pleistocene glacial impulses and in particular to the last impulse and subsequent regression. The landscape modeled by glacial activity was then taken up and modified in detail by the erosion of the runoff waters, by the cryoclastic action that splits and crumbles the rocks and by the nivation processes. The lake is in an advanced evolutionary phase with shallow waters and boulders on the bottom, it is partly bordered by vegetation, it is enriched with sediments and is destined to become a peat bog and then to be completely buried.

At 2020 meters, Lake Barma (or Balma) is a lake of glacial origin sunken between the Gragliasca peak, Lei Long and Balma d’Oropa on the left, Mont Mars and Monte Rosso on the right, and the Balma d’Oropa hill in front. With 31,320 square meters of extension, it is the largest lake included in the Mont Mars Nature Reserve. On its shores, from the second half of June, rhododendrons, mountain lilies, round cotton grasses, mountain arnica and wild orchids bloom.

It is a "mica schistic monolith" that is, a single block of stone. It has large dimensions and a few tons of weight. We are not sure about its origin or function but it may have been used, in the Lombard era, as a burial place for a high-ranking person.

This beautiful lake is located at the foot of the Mont Mars Nature Reserve. From its banks Punta Leretta, Punta Figlieu, Mount Mars, Mount Rosso, the Lei Long and Gragliasca peaks and Mount Pietra Bianca are visible. It's a nice place to take a break on your mountain run with a breathtaking view. The paths in this area are mostly free of technical difficulties and easy to follow while running.
