the Villanderer Alm is a very diverse mountain pasture.

The Villandro Alp is beautiful for walking in summer and winter.

This is the starting point for tours to the Villanderer Alm alpine area. However, you can also go on longer tours or multi-day tours from here, such as riding over the Rittner Horn, into the Sarntal via the Sarner Scharte or towards Getrum above Reinswald. Some huts in the alpine area also offer overnight stays.

Parking directly at the Gasser Hütte parking lot. The parking fee for the whole day is EUR 5 and is waived if consumed in the hut. Parking fees in the adjacent municipal car park cost EUR 8.00.

Very nice hiking area, which always offers the visitor wonderful distant views towards the Dolomites.

Very demanding trail that requires a high level of technical skiing skills downhill and uphill is practically impossible to ride. A good fully MTB with a lot of suspension travel and excellent bike control are imperative. Since hikers are often out and about here, consideration and full control are required. Falls can lead to serious injuries due to the jagged stones. But when you have everything under control, the trail is a lot of fun.

If you are afraid of narrow roads, you shouldn't drive there.
