...great trail – it has everything (good flow, switchbacks, jumps, roots, cross-country with postcard-perfect panoramas). However, I think the overall length and technicality of the trail make it a bit too challenging for beginners (who don't do alpine climbing every day).

At my age you have to work for it, but it was definitely worth it. Even though I personally found the Gassl more flowing, the 5 guys who flew past me were definitely in the flow on the Herrnsteig 😅 ....

Also known as the "Amphitheater of the Dolomites", at around 2,100 meters above sea level, the stunning Pralongià plateau offers a 360 degree panoramic view of Piz Boe, Civetta and the Marmolada to name a few. In spring, the flowering meadows make this extraordinary natural context even more majestic.

Nice and easy singletrack to start moving and mastering the bike. Beautiful tight bottom, parabolic curves and wooden walkway covered with non-slip metal mesh. (tested in dry conditions)

Very nice flow trail. Definitely take it with you on the way to Arabba!

first part of the flee trail full of very nice walkways, which in 2022 was extended with a second stretch in the undergrowth equally flow with beautiful sides. for the sellaronda you take a detour. marked at the beginning of the second part of the flee trail.
