On the wooden, 830m long "Kyrill Path" you can experience how nature regenerates and how plants and animals adapt and change! Also very exciting for children!

The Kyrill Trail has ten stations that provide information about the damage caused by the storm Kyrill in the Hunsrück Forest in 2007, as well as about the work of foresters and the natural regeneration of the forest. Very nice little pond with a bench and relaxation bench to look at the water lilies when they bloom.

It was too early for water lilies - but a very idyllic place

Great trail, laid out with a lot of effort and care. Our children could hardly be stopped and are enthusiastically galloping over the footbridges and bridges. But: not suitable for prams, really zero, far too many stairs.
