Very beautiful hike and trails

A charming little wooden bridge spans the stream here, making the shortcut at Feßlersberg particularly picturesque. The gentle lapping of the water and the view into the shady ditch invite you to pause for a moment. It's the perfect spot to stop and enjoy this peaceful corner away from the road.

On the way to the Hirschberg, near Ahorenach on the Feßlersberg, a small, rather trickling stream babbles over the rocks – more of a quiet rivulet than a waterfall. Nevertheless, it's worth a short stop to listen to the water.

The Hirschbergalpe is situated in a scenic location below the Hirschberg mountain and offers a cozy place to stop for refreshments on the meadow slopes above Langen. Surrounded by cows, wooden barns, and mountain views, you can enjoy genuine Vorarlberg alpine idyll here. It's the perfect spot to take a short break on the terrace or a bench before continuing towards the summit or back down into the valley.

From the Hirschberg, you can enjoy a sweeping panorama of the Alps – from the Rhine Valley across Lake Constance to the peaks of the Allgäu and Bregenzerwald mountains. On clear days, the view extends far across valleys, hills, and villages. A perfect spot for a panoramic break with photos and a deep breath of fresh air.

The summit trail on the Hirschberg climbs gently along forest paths and narrower trails towards the viewpoint. With every meter of elevation gained, more and more views open up of Langen, the Rhine Valley, and the surrounding hills. It's the perfect final, enjoyable stretch before stopping at the summit.

The tree looks like a silent, old guardian on the Hirschberg – a short detour and a closer look are definitely worthwhile.
