The Varnerin bivouac is a beautiful and very welcoming bivouac, obtained from one of the ancient buildings of the Tamar village. It is managed by the CAI section of San Vito al Tagliamento. It consists of two rooms, one on the ground floor, with a table and stove and one on the upper floor used as a sleeping area, with 6 beds with mattresses.

Casera Teglara recently renovated at 1573 m can only be used as an emergency shelter. The interior is structured in two rooms on the ground floor and two on the upper floor, its habitability is very spartan, the mattresses are in poor condition and it seems that the existing stove is not in good condition. There is a fireplace in the main room and there are table and benches. There seems to be no water nearby. Outside it has a canopy with space to light a fire.

The Valinis Refuge is an accommodation facility in the Carnic Prealps owned by the Municipality of Meduno. It rises at 967 meters above sea level, in one of the symbolic places of free flight. The Casera del Monte Fara (now Malga Fara) is a structure of the Municipality of Andreis at 960 m.s.l.m. located in the center of a large sloping lawn on the north side. Since 2017 it has been in concession to the Consortium of the Friulian Valleys and Dolomites, which keeps the surrounding pastures clean and productive with a flock of Comisane sheep.
