Rifugio Maniago는 해발 1,730미터에 위치하며, 프리울리 돌로미티 자연공원 중심부의 발 제몰라(Val Zemola) 계곡 머리의 그림 같은 곳에 자리 잡고 있습니다. 웅장한 두란노 산(Monte Duranno)의 벽으로 둘러싸인 이 역사적인 석조 건물은 프리울리 돌로미티 환상 트레일(Anello delle Dolomiti Friulane)을 걷는 등산객과 하이커들에게 중요한 거점입니다. 이 산장은 진정한 분위기와 놀라운 아름다움을 지닌 석회암 봉우리를 가까이에서 감상할 수 있는 전략적 위치로 유명합니다. 보통 카세라 멜라(Casera Mela) 근처에서 시작하는 이곳까지의 등반은 야생적이고 인상적인 환경을 통과하며, 샤무아와 아이벡스를 자주 볼 수 있습니다. 가장 붐비는 관광객들로부터 멀리 떨어진 고요함과 때묻지 않은 자연을 찾는 사람들에게 이상적인 장소입니다.

The bivouac and adjacent meadow are often crowded. Useful as a base for early climbing excursions.

The Giaf refuge is located at 1400 meters above sea level. It is one of the support points for entering the Friulian Dolomites park from the north.

The Maniago Refuge, at 1,730 m, is located in the Friulian Dolomites, is open from June to September, and offers typical local cuisine and overnight accommodation. Starting point for ascents to Cima Duranno and Cime Centenere.
