포르나 성은 15세기 전반에 지어진 봉건 궁전 요새로, 발렌시아 민간 고딕 양식에 속합니다. 네 모퉁이에 네 개의 탑이 있고 중앙 안뜰이 두 층으로 된 사각형 건물로, 성의 모든 공간으로 연결됩니다. 탑 2의 아래층에서는 기사도와 바다 장면을 묘사한 당시 최고의 그래피티 중 하나를 볼 수 있습니다. 이곳은 1949년 4월 22일 모든 성과 군사 건축물 보호 및 목록화에 관한 법령으로 보호받는 매우 높은 문화유산적 가치를 지닌 기념물이며, 따라서 스페인 역사 유산법 16/85의 추가 조항 두 번째 부분과 발렌시아 지방 정부의 발렌시아 유산법 4/1998, 6월 11일 법에 따라 문화적 관심사로 포함되었습니다.

The Barbacana Castle, nb the origin of Gandia 😮​. The Bairén Hill was inhabited many, many years ago, since 3000 BC. C. The first written reference we have to the Bairén Castle dates from the end of the 11th century. An anonymous manuscript from the 12th century, the "History of Roderici Campidocti", which describes a battle between the Christian troops of El Cid and Pedro de Aragón against the army of the Almoravids.

A 12th-century Islamic fortress, on the top of a hill, used to guard the coast against attacks by Barbary pirates. Although only a few walls remain, the original layout of the building and towers is clearly visible. You can enjoy a beautiful view.

Impressive castle that is located on one of the mountains that is surrounded by torrents and difficult to access. It has also always been called the Mora Queen's castle.
