Wonderfully quiet area for cycling. You can really enjoy nature. Although sometimes the tree roots under the asphalt make themselves felt. Of course, only for short sections

The section on the steep coast is not accessible. Only pushing is allowed!! I would leave the bike next time and explore the cliffs on foot. I see some places as daring to cross with an e-bike. But it's still fantastically beautiful there and worth a visit!

Yes, mind you: single trail! That actually means mountain bikes, while it is no longer reasonably manageable for normal bikes in many places! In this respect, it is somewhat surprising that this is recommended as a bike highlight ...

We rode the way today by bike and a bike trailer. Feasible, but you have to feel a thirst for adventure. A few times we had to uncouple and push it by hand. But the view of the Schlei was worth it.
