In summer, children and adults also swim here (or rather just their feet). A beautiful spot on a fairly narrow path where there can be a lot of pedestrian and bicycle traffic.

A beautiful cycle path that connects Glinde and Trittau. There is certainly a shorter route to Trittau, but this is the much nicer one. And you can tell that by how frequented this path is. It must also have been an experience to travel this route by train....

The cycle path isn't very wide, and in some sections the bushes alongside it grow close together, forming a green canopy, as if you're cycling through a tunnel. But at the end of the tunnel, you can always see the bright light, showing you the way and waiting for you. 😉
