Ny Stølen means "new mountain pasture"; this is where the sheep graze in the summer, and you'll often see them on the trails. The sheep have an enviable view; I hope they like mountains 😉

The cabin is one of many in Norway and is open to everyone all year round. In addition to a solar system for lighting, it is a great destination for families, as there are children's toys and even books in the cabin - the view is also nice to look out over the small town. Please keep it clean and tidy.

The cabin's great location on Mjølkeflaten offers a great view of Øyri and as far as Ofta and Hauge.

Old tenant farm above Fresvik. The trail from Fresvik is steep and narrow in places on the slope. A nice path, but not really recommended in the rain and with children. On the other hand, it is easy to walk via Hof Svea or Middagshaugen.
